This is a live giant sequoia (Sequoiadendron giganteum) tree. The buyer will receive the tree that is pictured. The tree will be shipped in the container that it is grown in, with the roots intact, and never bare root to protect the tender feeder roots. Sequoias will grow in all climate zones. You will have to be prepared to water the tree to get it rooted and during times of drought thereafter. Sequoias are not drought tolerant.
